Job Description

U.S. Bank is seeking an Enterprise Senior Product Manager to lead the successful development and implementation of our ever-evolving CRM data driven capabilities. The Enterprise Senior Product Manager will lead the development of key capabilities that enhance a one U.S. Bank approach to the identification and development of our customers across the organization. This position will foster the collaboration between a variety of business lines and technology to support the One U.S. Bank vision.

Responsibilities:

• Develop the overall CRM data sharing roadmap for U.S. Bank by keeping abreast of changes in the marketplace, emerging CRM trends, business line requirements, and CRM business architecture considerations

• Lead collaborative conversations with partners across the enterprise to understand the current

business needs and pain points that must be addressed and develop business solutions that will result in an optimal customer experience

• Serve as the delivery manager and provide leadership and support to technical, user experience, and agile partners

• Accountable for defining project scope, timeline, and roadmap, subsequently ensuring reporting for each of these project aspects is brought back to senior leadership

T he role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, which means there's an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree and/or Master’s degree – or equivalent work experience

• 8-10 years in Financial Services/Banking industries

• 8-10 years experience running multi-million dollar programs

• 8-10 years developing product roadmaps

• 5-7 years working with CRM (i.e Salesforce)

• 5-7 years working with middleware services (i.e. ETL, Kafka, Springboot, etc.)

• 5-7 years working with databases (i.e. Azure, Cassandra, Hadoop, etc.)

• Excellent analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills with proven ability to communicate and influence effectively at various levels throughout the organization

• Proven leadership skills and ability to develop effective strategies to address complex business needs

• In-depth knowledge of business operations and processes in a matrixed organization

• Ability to influence without authority and utilize positive influence skills

• Sharp focus on achieving results; persists at completing tasks despite challenges; ability to achieve results and navigate through ambiguity

• Well-organized; plans activities and consistently follows up

• Ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment

• Proficient in JIRA, Confluence, Mural, PowerPoint

• Product Management experience

• Project Management experience

• Experience in Agile methodology

• Experience in Sales processes and methodologies

• Salesforce Administrator Certification

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $129,455.00 - $152,300.00 - $167,530.00
