U.S. Bank Strategic Capacity Project Manager in Cheyenne, Wyoming
This dynamic, innovative senior leadership position is responsible for:
Enhancing the strategic capabilities of the collections group to optimize net credit loss (NCL) performance, production, cost, compliance, and the customer experience.
Owning the strategic one, three, and five-year collection plans of action to reduce NCL and financial budgeting.
Leading and participating in unique assignments across functions to unify the customer experience.
Partnering with both the Pre and Post Charge-Off Directors on strategic assignments to reduce net credit loss.
Understand industry best practices and vendor capabilities to enhance the collection/recovery process
Formulating recommendations and influencing senior leaders on future direction and initiatives to attain optimal performance and work environment.

Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
10 or more years of operations experience in the financial services industry
Five or more years of supervisory/management experience
Master's degree, or equivalent work experience
Expert knowledge of assigned business line or functional area
Exceptional interpersonal, verbal and written communication, organizational, strategic thinking, analytical, presentation, and influential skills.
Demonstrated management and leadership skills
Advanced knowledge of project management
Ability to identify and resolve exceptions and to analyze data
