Elavon is currently seeking a Strategic Relationship Manager for Integrated Payments, who will be the strategic face of Elavon to the client and partners, representing multiple Elavon business channels. He/she is responsible for the overall management of Partner Relationships, with a book of assigned ISV/VAR partners, including retention, growth, increased profitability, strategic direction, revenue initiatives, and contract renewals. He/she will also consult with clients through data analysis, industry education, presentation of performance results, and action recommendation(s) to improve performance. This role serves as the escalation point for both internal and external client issues.


Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience

  • Nine-plus years of client management experience in the payments industry

  • Ability to travel 25-30% of work time

Preferred Skills/Experience

  • Strong contract negotiation, account management, and project management skills

  • Independent, self-starter

  • Working knowledge of ROI and P&L calculations

  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously

  • Ability to identify and resolve exceptions and to interpret data

  • Proven internal and external customer service/relations skills

  • Ability to easily adapt and navigate the internal landscape

  • Proficient computer skills, especially Microsoft Office applications

  • Excellent presentation, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills

  • Able to address and present to the c-suite

  • Elavon knowledge of products and systems
