U.S. Bank RCA Professional 6 - Richfield, MN or Telecommute in Atlanta, Georgia

As a part of the technology control testing team, you will collaborate with technology leaders and other stakeholders to test critical processes, identify issues, quantify risks to objectives and help identify needed controls and control improvements.

Essential Functions:

  • Educate, advise and collaborate with control and process owners to improve the internal control environment

  • Collaborate with the rest of the testing team within Technology Quality Assurance to execute testing against defined schedule

  • Test and gain exposure to all areas of Technology based on interests in combination with team needs

  • Build out subject matter expertise related to testing tools and IT Policy compliance


Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience

  • Seven to ten years of applicable experience

Preferred Skills/Experience

  • At least one year working with IT general controls

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and great attention to detail

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Knowledge of financial services industry and related systems

  • Relevant professional certifications such as CISA or CIA

  • Knowledge of applicable laws, regulations, financial services, and regulatory trends

  • Knowledge of technology functions, processes, services and tools, systems, and associated risks/controls

  • Thorough knowledge of Risk/Compliance/Audit competencies

  • Demonstrated proficiency and success in a high-volume testing environment

  • Proficient computer skills, especially Microsoft Office applications
