U.S. Bank Marketing Project Manager in Albany, New York

U.S. Bank is currently seeking a Marketing Project Manager, who will support Acquisition Credit Card marketing campaigns for assigned business lines across multiple channels (direct mail, email, branch/in-store leads, online banner ads, Instant Product Offer, etc.). Additional responsibilities include:

  • Tracks Quality Assurance (QA) for campaigns;

  • Works with Strategy to secure system codes for campaign set-up across all channels;

  • Performs audits on supporting matrices and channels;

  • Coordinates collection of materials, documentation, and signoff for QA repository before campaign launch;

  • Manages the entire Operations delivery process;

  • Works closely with Business Lines, Campaign Management, Customer Service, Risk, Finance, and Fulfillment teams to implement campaigns;

  • Manages the entire campaign set up for QA, including assuring that all QA steps and RPS documentation of audits have been successfully completed prior to campaign launch (i.e. NACM and ORD process);

  • Operates at an independent level, consulting and advising senior management on project timelines, program expenses, and any bank or system changes that may have implications on program execution; and

  • Documents the campaign process, as well as roles and responsibilities of team members.

The preferred location for this role is the Plaza in Minneapolis, MN, but we are open to well-qualified, internal candidates across the United States who could work at another U.S. Bank office.

Qualifications:

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, or related field

  • Five to eight years of project management or related experience

  • Experience in a highly-regulated industry with a good understanding of the credit card acquisition campaign process and/or online channels

  • Experience in marketing or financial industry

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks within scheduled delivery timeframes while also working on ad hoc projects

  • Strong communication skills

  • Superior attention to detail

  • Three or more years of management experience
